I offer an initial telephone consultation free of charge.

My Fee is $140/hour

I require at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellation or you will be charged for the missed session.

I accept payment for services by way of cash, e-transfers or personal cheques.  Payment is due at each session.  A receipt for all payments will be issued.

****As of September 26, 2012, counselling services provided by Registered Social Workers (RSWs) can be claimed as a medical expense tax deduction when you file your income tax return. Registered Social Workers are considered authorized “medical practitioners” for the purpose of claiming medical expenses. Counselling services provided by Registered Social Workers are not covered by OHIP. Most Supplemental insurance plans cover these services so check with your insurance provider. I can provide invoices and receipts for submission to your insurance provider and for income tax purposes.****
